Great suction, but be prepared, as even on low setting, it pulls thin rugs right off of the floor. Eats them like a little Eagle bird eats fish. I still would Highly recommend this vacuum. It suuuucks!! Floor and the rugs it doesn't accordion look great. It does a good job with sand and dog hair. The stair tool and the duster tool are amazing, and it floofs the stairs up very nicely as it vacuums them. The duster has soft bristles making it great for really dusty items and small debris. the crevice tool is very good, although I wish it narrowed down more at the tip. The extender crinkly hose is GREAT I LOVE this accessory, because it makes maneuverability so much better when using the attachments. The detachable batteries are FANTASTIC and so far, I haven't needed to run both down even in a 2100 sq ft. cleaning area. The battery is very easy ti change out and the vacuum itself is very well balanced for a stick vacuum.

Love this! This vacuum is perfect! This is my first stick vacuum and I have no complaints! I've had it for over a year and its held up so well. I have 2 small kids and 2 dogs and this vacuum has no trouble with the dirt, hair or anything else found on my floors. I love the stand it comes with and all the attachments. The 2 batteries are great, especially when I forget to put one back on the charger. It's easy to use and switch back forth.

This item was purchased in November 2024. It works great and has good suction for a cordless. It is easy to operate and easy to use and is light weight. I use it to clean our 45' RV and the battery held sufficient charge to get the job done on cleaning day. If you are cleaning a much larger area this may be a vac you want for just in between jobs. It is perfect for that. Be aware that if the battery is “hot” right after use it won’t charge. Put the battery on the charger after the battery has cooled down. My next purchase for a large area for frequent use would be a corded vac.

Absolute trash. Well, I should qualify: the vacuum works okay. It's loud and has an annoying pitch to it, but I'd put up with that. The real problem is the batteries. We've had ours about 10 months and had three (or is it four—I lose count) batteries fail. Hoover is nice enough to send replacements, but the last one failed in a month. One month!I thought maybe we have a defective charger or something. But they wouldn't hear anything about that. They just send out a new battery. All fine and well, but at some point this thing will be out of warranty, and I'm sure not going to be buying new batteries myself every month or two.Meanwhile, I have a bunch of DeWalt batteries that get absolutely abused in my garage and have been going strong for years.Hoping I can get a return and refund out of Hoover because I have no confidence in this product. I'll look elsewhere.If you want to take a risk on this, make sure you have at least a 1 year return window.

Been wanting this vacuum for ever finally got it during prime days. Super easy to use, suction is amazing has three different suction settings. Got packed in dog hair out of shag carpet in one pass. Super lightweight. Definitely worth my money. Hoover has always been amazing.

Lightweight great suction. My elderly mom who has trouble with her dexterity can use it. She states it gave her some freedom to clean because of the function. Hard surface or carpets it picks up the dirt.

This is hands-down, the best vacuum I have ever owned. For a rechargeable to be this powerful is amazing and I tried five different name brands before landing on this one and I could not be happier with this purchase

First, I was excited to get this vacuum. My last Hoover was/is great. This Hoover, however, is quite another story. This is the worst Hoover I've ever bought.This Hoover is heavier than the Windtunnel. There is nothing to grab onto other than the main top handle when used in it's cannister vacuum form. So unless you can hold onto the vacuum and support the weight one-handed whilst also putting pressure on the bottom in order to get a good suction, it's very awkward to try to vacuum one handed. Therefore, the design is less than desired. I could understand if the suction was good, it would possibly be conceivable that it would be heavier. That's not the case in my experience. I don't consider myself to be weak by any means, I can hold and carry a good amount of weight like a 40+lb box, but this was too heavy/awkward.The suction is lackluster to say the least while not in stickvac form. Unless you like picking all the hair off the corners and sides of your carpet and then vacuuming up what you've handpicked, than this is not the vacuum for you.Honestly, the old Hoover Windtunnel I bought at Walmart for $99 is much better than this $400 Hoover. I'm extremely dissatisfied to say the least. There is more air going out of this vacuum than in. I tried to vacuum my stairs with the cannister part and it was way too heavy and awkward to hold. I had to go over each step more than once, with different attachments. Vacuuming with the old Hoover, I get a much fuller dust bin, whereas with this one, it was only a quarter of what the old one sucks up.If I can return this, I'm going to do just that. In my humble opinion, your money is going to be much better spent on something else.
