I don't use this often but nice to have when I need it for recipes. The smell is fair with a moderate amount of acidity in comparison to apple cider vinegar. Good quality and the value are fair for this kind of vinegar. The taste is mild in most recipes and having it available when a recipe calls for it is convenient. Sems to tolerate the heat when cooking. I like it but if you don't cook much, I wouldn't buy it. I do a lot of cooking so it's really nice to have. Recommend for chefs that cook frequently.
