These supplements work well and you get a large supply for your money. The only issue I encountered was the large size of the pills making a little sticky to swallow, but you get the hand of it after taking for a couple of days. I lost 7lbs in a week whilst on these so I would definitely recommend to anybody trying to loose weight

Bottle is mid sized (approx 12cm x 7cm) and a very striking purple colour and on first impression i'm thinking are they blackcurrant flavoured, alas no. The bottle unfortunately doesn't have any padding inside to prevent the tablets rattling around but that's just a slight annoyance if carrying around in a handbag and you can hear it. I used cotton wool to stop them being noisy. :)At the front of the bottle explains what it is inside and also a warning that this is not suitable for children, pregnant women and people sensitive to caffeine.On the other side of the bottle is very clear on labelling the product, the ingredients, directions for usage and also info for 1st time users. There is also a very detailed section on important information which states the amount of caffeine in the product and to whom can take what. There is also info that if anyone has concerns using this supplement to consult a professional if they have any concerns.I would recommend this product as they can help with dietary regimen,and obviously this isn't a product for everyone but those using supplements of this type should give it a go.

This seems to be a sensible formulation for helping to boost metabolism. My two criticisms are: (1) cayenne pepper is an irritant and this makes the tablets unpleasant and unpalatable to take; (2) the tablets are oversized due to the use of filler. If the product was made into capsules, neither of these would be an issue.On the plus side, several days into taking the tablets I feel I've got more energy.

My sister and I purchased this product to try it out and share the cost . Both myself and my sister had pre existing gut conditions ... not the same one ... but nevertheless there it is . I stopped two days in with obviously no result , as the product gave me massive wind ... I think the coating ... my sister lasted a week and felt very bloated and decided to stop also . It may work for some , but unfortunately not us

Overall happy with the product, instructions were really easy to read and follow.I took the product as specified in the bottle. I started with one tablet and then 2 tablets before meals. I felt I wasn’t as hungry and more energetic. Good product.

IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT THEN THESE PILLS ARE FOR YOU.UNFORTUNATELY IT WON'T BE OFF YOUR BODY.IT WILL BE OUT OF YOUR POCKET.THESE ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, DONT BUY THEM, YOU'D BE BETTER OFF BUYING A 5LB BLOCK OF CHOCOLATE

Not capsules but not too big to swallow. More energy and therefore will no doubt experience weight loss at it is similar to other products I've used.
