Did a good job, and if you get the reusable pads can keep using. Found it did a fairly good job, didn't get up some marks, but helped to keep floors clean and I didn't have to do it!

I was slightly anxious upon getting this due to the reviews on robot mops in general but it’s fab!! I have a large tiled kitchen/diner which it happily cleans each day. I spray anti bac on the reusable pad and it leaves the floor nice and clean despite 2 children and a dog constantly leaving dirty footprints everywhere. It is slow but I can sit with a drink while it mops so who cares! It can go over the lip between my kitchen and hall and then also cleans my wooden floors. If I want to do more than the kitchen though it needs a refill and recharge. I’d highly recommend if you want clean floors each day without doing it yourself although a proper human clean is needed every couple of weeks for a deeper clean.

I’m really disappointed with this product. I recently bought a robot hoover (different cheaper brand) and thought I’d add a robot mop to the family. It worked well for a month but then it has a problem with the battery or charger that means the battery won’t charge. The customer service have been sending me in circles for a few weeks and not actually helping or listening to the problem. For me, a little expensive for a product that only worked for a month. I wouldn’t buy from this brand again unfortunately. I can recommend the lefant robot hoover which has worked for 3 months like a dream!

This is the second mop I’ve tried and returned, this one is actually a lot more messing around as it doesn’t have a dock and you have to manually charge a battery in a socket before putting it in the mop itself. I have an iRobot vacuum and the beauty of that is you can set Routines, leave it to it and only need empty it. The mop is just too much faff and you’ll also need to keep buying the cleaning brushes regularly, it did ok on not leaving streaks but not Enough to keep it, also no Wi-fi, does work with Alexa or the iRobot app. Finally it just tended to struggle to map the floor just doing the same bits over and over again.

Out of the box, this worked well. I put it in the kitchen with a wet mopping pad and it went happily round the whole room without problem. Then I used it in the hall and bathrooms, and again it was fine. However, subsequently it kept playing up. It would keep going over the same area, it would get stuck in places it had navigated properly before, and it wouldn't obey its 'Virtual Wall' setting. I phoned tech support, who simply directed me to entries in the FAQs that I had already read. Sadly I decided to return it and revert to my Vax steamer.

The 250 does not like small spaces and gets stuck when entering a place where it only has 5-6 cm clearance. Instead of reversing out from its "trap", it's just standing still and consuming it's battery

Love this item my bathroom and kitchen floor have never been cleaner. Very quite. Recharging battery is very quick so only have to wait a short while before cleaning another floor area.

This may be small, but it works in a big way. Easy to set up and use. Does an excellent job of my hard floors, it’s a Wonderfull addition to my cleaning crew.
