I have never liked socks that sit above my ankle. I would buy ankle socks thinking that's what I wanted, when actually what I was looking for were the no-show socks. I like the thickness of the socks. I wouldn't describe them as thick, but they are not super thin like other socks I have, and they don't bunch up in my sneakers when I put them on. One thing to make note of is that they will shrink in the dryer. I have bought the same socks from this brand, the only difference was that they were an ankle cut instead of no-show. While I had the ankle cut socks, I noticed they shrunk after taking them out from the dryer. For me, that was not a problem because I didn't like the way it came up too high over my ankle. After having them in the dryer, they did eventually shrink to a no-show length, so that didn't bother me, but something to be aware of. Overall, I am very pleased with these socks. I love that they sit below my ankle and they are comfortable to wear. I would recommend and buy again.

Not as advertised
Not the socks advertised… Hanes makes 2 different socks that look just alike… one is thick cotton & the other is really thin… these were thick!!
