I really enjoyed WTF. I was an pleasurable, humorous, authentic account of one couples escapades as the relocate from Wisconsin to Florida. Even though the book is basically a laundry list of mostly unpleasant things about Florida, I am somehow looking even more forward to moving there after reading the book in 3 years when my sons graduate from HS. They do talk about some positive things, like the beach and the weather, some of their favorite restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this book to anyone considering relocating to Florida!

Having lived in Jupiter, FL for 20 some years, I can attest to everything that the author says about life in the Sunshine State. I can relate to so many of the topics he chose to write about. WTF kept me laughing and the short chapters make for easy reading.

As a couple of a certain age, my husband and I also took on the challenge of starting a whole new life in Florida, so I read Greg Winkler's book with anticipation for all the quirks and quandaries that we too had encountered. Greg's honest and humorous insight into the frustrations and fears of leaving the security and familiarity of what had been home for so many years and navigating life in a new place prove that with humor and determination you can find yourself living the life you dreamed of. As the kids say, YOLO (you only live once), so why not live in this Paradise we call Florida. WTF

I really enjoyed this book. I learned a lot. Living in a small Montana town where everyone knows everyone or is related to them, Florida might come as a culture shock. I’m glad I read this on a nice 70 degrees Summer day and not in the Winter with 50 below wind chills and 5 feet of snow that literally lasts from December to March, I would have jumped on the next plane to Florida. I plan to move to Florida within the next few years and I will read this invaluable guide again and again.

Great read for anyone relocating to the great state of Florida! Having moved to Florida several years ago I can relate to the humor and frustrations they share in the book. Fun read for anyone planning on heading south.
