Great product will buy again
First time trying Dragon Fruit and actually I liked it. it has a good taste. Price is okay at .51 cents a serving not bad since it’s $11.99 or more per pound at the store for the actual fruit that gives you maybe 3-4 servings. Definitely will buy again from this vendor if price stays the same. I did not find any clumps at all. Now I will see if it gives me energy and makes a difference in my over all health.

It's hard to give 5 stars when the price of an item's cost is a little high.
The quality seems to be as advertised. You can get the taste to your liking by adjusting the sweetness you want.

Quality powder!
Love this dragon fruit powder. I add it to smoothies, yogurt, and anything cold. I tried baking sourdough bread with it, but the color baked out. I guess it has something to do with the heat?

DIY electrolyte hydration mix flavoring
I've been attempting to stay better hydrated beyond coffee and juice, I've really cut down on the soda as I've gotten older, now in early 40s.I dislike most of the flavors out there for sports or electrolyte drinks and powders. The premade stuff, you are paying for mostly water as well. Decided to attempt to make my own mixture, using magnesium glycinate since the gentlest on tummy. Used Jorge Cruise recipe, but not include the glycine since this isn't for weight loss or appetite suppressant.Recipe is 1/2tsp sea salt, 1/8th tsp potassium chloride, and 1/16th tsp magnesium glycinate. Did not measure, but roughly 1/2tsp sugar and couple scoops of Microingredients dragonfruit powder. It was interesting let's just say. Not sure I used enough of the fruit powder. You can also make a diy dragonfruit syrup which might work better, or put the salt, potassium, magnesium electrolyte mix in regular juice . Lesson the sugar amount too in this mix I made, since it overpowered the flavor of the salt a little too much, and made my stomach kind of queasy from the over sweetness, with slight undertone of salt.Overall, I like this base electrolyte mix since I can experiment with flavors, I purchased the mango flavor of this same brand, and use real sugar or honey, maple syrup or juice, versus fake since the premade stuff can be overly too chemical sweet at times.
