I’ve been using the Borosil Hydra 24-03 for a few months, and it’s fantastic. The stainless steel build feels sturdy and premium, and the finish still looks brand new after daily use. EDIT: Since my flask was out of return date limit, I wrote an email to Borosil customer care email ID on the box. Within a day I got a response and the complaint was attended to via a phone call from Borosil customer care. When I explained the issue I was facing, immediately they decided to give me replacement. Pick-up of the defective item was arranged and a replacement was delivered within 6-7 days of writing the complaint email. 5 stars for the customer support. A rare gesture from any customer care in India!!!! Kudos to you Borosil. I am still not giving 5 stars as even the replacement product is leaking heat through the cap. But the heat retention is much better than the initial product. Overnight the loss in temperature is about 10 degrees. I will still stand by with the performance of Cello Vacu-steel flasks that we already have. Got impressed by the reviews here and bought Borosil vacuum flask. It's waste of money as it's nothing but a steel bottle that can't hold heat at all. I have Cello vacu-steel flasks that can hold heat beyond 12 hours, nearly as hot as when we filled it. In this flask boiling water becomes lukewarm within few hours. The moment you fill anything hot, you can feel the heat on the outer surface of the flask which means that heat dissipation has already started.

I am using this bottle form last summer but not keeping Water Hot even for 1 or 2 hours

I recently purchased two of these and have carried these on a trek in subzero temperatures with the flask being kept in the outer mesh of my rucksack. It retained the hot water content inside easily for more than 5-6 hours. I've been also using the flask as my daily hot-water-bottle while working, and the hot water in it easily stays hot for 5-6 hours. Difficult to test it for a longer period of time because one usually ends up drinking all the water by that time :) Is extremely rugged as had the bottle fall out of my sack a few times. It did get a few dents and scratches, but so would anything if it hit a hard piece of rock. The bottle is decently heavy and feels well built. The strap and the plastic ring to which it is attached is also pretty strong and did not have any loose stitching threads come off the strap. It was easily able to take the weight of the bottle whenever it was hung on the sack while walking. The bottle cap makes a very tight seal and there was no leaking. There has been no smell coming from the bottle till now. Even though the bottle cap is made of plastic, the way the bottle threads are designed , there is almost 0 contact with any plastic elements. If there is a negative, it is that the outside of the bottle, being made of metal, becomes very cold or very hot (depending on the weather) if kept outside and exposed to the elements. Would be good if a cloth sleeve is provided/bought and put on the flask. This would help in holding the flask in adverse conditions and also act as a layer of protection from any scratches (and also make less noise) in case of a fall on any hard surfaces

I’ve been using the Borosil Hydra Trek 850ml bottle for about a year now, and it’s been a reliable daily companion. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, leakproof, and the matte finish still looks good even after regular use. It keeps water cold for a full 24 hours, which is impressive and perfect for travel or gym use. For hot liquids, it performs decently but doesn’t quite last the full 20 hours as claimed — it stays warm for several hours, just not all day. The only small drawback is that although it’s labeled 850ml, the actual usable capacity feels closer to 750ml. Overall, after a year of use, it’s still in great condition and performs well — a solid, long-lasting bottle that’s ideal for keeping drinks cold for long hours.

Perfect for cold water..and airtight

I like the sturdiness of this bottle. It took a few times to get the right amount of torque to close the top. Too much torque pinched the gasket and I would have to reposition the gasket. It keeps hot beverages hot for hours, and cold beverages cold without any condensation build up.
