A good colour and thick consistency, you don’t need a lot of this product to get a good colour

Strong colour
This product is great, I always use wilton for my food colouring, there is no taste or smell and a little goes a long way, my only issue is i would like a different shaped pot or a larger one as i cant fit a teaspoon in to get the colour out and i have to use the end of a teaspoon, it can get quite messy.

Bit more blue than purple. But amazing quality, no taste, excellent value for money, as a little goes a long way. Very easy to use and mix into buttercream.

Short dated
Bought this food gel , arrived quick but very disappointed that it's out of date in June, I'll never use it all by then , pity its so short dated

Perfect blue!
Perfect blue colour, I have the set of 8 Wilton colours but I knew I needed a specific blue to match my company logo for a cake for our work party. Very easy to use, felt like I needed to use quite a bit to colour my ganache but still loads left.
