It's ok. I was using the Dr. Browns glass but wanted the sleeve for more protection (plus these are cuter). You can use the dr brown nipple which is nice. I don't like that the oz marks are on the sleeve and not the bottle, so if the sleeve moves around, you can be off on the ounces. Also, the neck is extremely narrow, which makes it really hard to put the formula in without getting it everywhere. I had to start using one of those "on the go" type formula containers to pour it in. I reverted back to using the dr. browns bottles after a few tries though. just never really liked these :(

Would buy this brand again
This is a great bottle. I can't say I have much else to compare them to though. I have used a few advent bottles that I got for free in a pinch. We originally bought 3 of the 4 ounce lifefactory bottles - loved those and purchased three of the 9 ounce bottles now that my son is 6 months old. They have been extremely durable though I don't think we have dropped one yet. I originally purchased these over some of the other glass bottle options because of the fact they were brominated and could therefor go from temprature extremes. I have found this to be very true. I can have ice cold milk in here and run it under almost boiling water with no issues. I prefer these because I try to avoid plastics when possible, especially of they will be getting heated up ect.

We wanted nothing more than to love these bottles - but we could never find the proper tightness for the lid. It would either leak all over baby and myself, or there would be a strong vacuum. I love that there are no gimmicks, no plastic parts on the inside to clean, but because of the leaking issue we stopped using them.

I like the bottle and the silicone sleeve is fun
I like the bottle and the silicone sleeve is fun. The main drawback would be how heavy it is with the sleeve and glass. Overall, nice quality, though. We would've considered it; my son just preferred a different bottle option.

Not Safe!
I was really excited to use this with my 2 year old. He seemed to do really well with it for a few weeks until he dropped it on the tile and it completely shattered! So glad I heard him playing with the glass pieces and got to him immediately! He must have dropped it and hit it right at the neck of the bottle where the rubber doesn't cover. Not safe!

or what it feels like to drink from it
Well, all I can say is that my baby loves this bottle. I can't tell you how it flows, or what it feels like to drink from it, but the big smile and look of content that my little guy gets after getting his bottle says it all. I believe his words were along the lines of goo goo goo ha ooooooooh oooooh. That for me is a perfect score!

Good bottle, bad cap.
The bottle itself is nice and the nipple is sturdy (unlike Dr Brown). The reason for just 3 stars is the lid. It need to align perfectly to close which makes it a pain to close.

Awesome
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. These bottles do not leak, they are not plastic and are plenty sturdy (little guy launches them out of the crib when done). A little pricey but you will not regret the purchase. We have 5 of these big ones and 3 or 4 of the smaller ones.
