This is a very sturdy shelf.... Unfortunately, I had to return it as it wasn't suitable for my needs plus damage was caused during delivery. Customer service staff were amazing... Very helpful indeed and certainly customer focused. No matter what your question/query is they are always ready to put your mind at ease. Thank you guys for all your help especially at this time as I had a very sudden unexpected bereavement to deal with. They arranged everything taking the stress away from me and I can't thank them enough.

Solid product and looks good installed. Have your tape measure, level and other tools at the ready. I thought peeling all the protective plastic from the steel was a bother.

Great shelves, sturdy and fantastic industrial look but hard to mount. It would have been easier if a template was provided as there are three brackets so challenging to align, and clipping shelves on afterwards is not very forgiving. Otherwise would have rated 5 stars!

Doesn't come with fixings but that wasn't an issue for me, the packaging was good and they were very very well wrapped in self adhesive plastic, be aware it can take some time to remove the plastic but it does come away cleanly and the result is pristine shelves, they were easy to install and the shelves fit perfectly into the apertures, they are strong without looking too industrial.

Absolutely great for a pub kitchen

Some parts were missing in shipping, but they let me have it for free, thank you very much. The quality is really good, there is no any problem with item , just hope that the missing part will not happen again in the future
