I am not personally taking this product although I have in the past. I bought this product for my 45 pound bearded collie who was constantly scratching and biting on his skin even though he eats a premium quality gluten free dog food, low in grains...He always would love hanging out near our koi pond hoping my husband dropped some of the fish food on the ground where he'd gobble it up...So thinking maybe he actually needed fish oil.... The vet suggested we try fish oil a few times a week. That was 4 months ago.....and I was happy to find a 500 mg pill which we've been giving him a few times a week.His red spots have faded and he's not scratching as much anymore. I knew he needed good oils in his diet but wasn't sure what to give him without it causing digestive issues. Our other dogs never seemed to tolerate fish oils...and always got diarrhea...and I felt it was because I was using 1,000 mg capsules and giving them too much. This is perfect. I like purchasing from Vital Choice seafood. I feel their fish oil is very high quality and my husband and I have seen resultsgiving our dog 3-4 pills per day. Maybe for winter, we'll use a little more fish oil per week. He seems to love it!

They seem to be helping my energy and mind a bit. Pretty quickly too. Will adjust if I decide to repurchase. A little pricey is my only concern at the moment.

Everyone one is writing reviews about this product using it for thier dogs. I am using it for myself. My coat is nice and shiny, my eyes bright. LOL just kidding.Doctors and all these studys say fish oIL is good for you. This salmon oil is supposed to be better. So, all I can say is it doesn't make me burp like some fish oils, they go down easy, don't really clump to bad for a soft gel. I just give the bottle a bump on the counter. 1 everyday unless I have fish for dinner and that's 2-3 times a week.

I am very happy with this fish oil it does not upset my stomach! I take one or two a day

I’ve been using Wild Alaskan Sockeye Oil for recovery during my thru hike of the Appalachian Trail this year. Before I started taking it I was experiencing knee pain every evening. Once I started using Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Oil I noticed a high improvement. I was able to hike 15-20 mikes a day with little or no pain. I won’t go without it now. Great product.

This smaller bottle is better for travel because it takes less room. At home I use the larger sized bottle because it's more economical. I assume this salmon oil helps me and I know that even though I'm aging, the various body parts of my body - mostly my joints where I have calcium deposits - have improved. I know part of this is due to my great Physical Therapist. I'm guessing that this salmon oil has also helped.
