I use this all the time and it gives me support of my patella even when playing sports and making lateral cuts

This product came on time and packed well.I used this for taping my foot due to plantar fascitis. The tape held out well and lasted about 4 days which was better than expected as I'm a nurse and on my feet 10 out of my 12 hr shift. The pick color was bright and fun and I will continue to repurchase this as it is good quality and a good price.

Really strong adhesive. Leaves a residue you will need some kind of adhesive remover or alcohol. Great value though!

I used this sports tape to support a plantar fascial rupture using the Malay Low Dye Strapping technique. The hold was adequate but not stiff as the tape had a lot of give. Cutting pieces was cumbersome and hard to judge ahead of taping as it was so stretchy. The tape did hold adequately all day and was comfortable to wear. Upon removal, a lot of adhesive remained on the skin. It was difficult to wash with soap and required alcohol for removal. I will likely use the rest of what has been purchased when I run out of a tape I like better, but I will not be purchasing again.

This electrolyte replacement was recommended to me from a multi-sport coach. As a nurse, I was very happy to see the addition on magnesium, phosphorus, etc in it. The taste is pleasant! I plan on buying more to ensure my kids maintain their health status while playing training and playing outdoor sports in the summer heat.
