They are working OK. But I'm concerned about the "return" power supply
UPDATE: After a few months, the valve in question now occasionally sticks slightly open because the capacitor doesn't hold quite enough charge to return the valve to the closed state. It correlates to the amount of time it stays open. The longer it is held open, the longer the capacitor has to charge up. If it is held open for 15 minutes or more it will return all the way - barely. If it is held open for only a couple of minutes it will not close all the way. This is indeed causing tank overflows....so, it's time for a new valve. So far, they are working fine. But I'm concerned about the "return" power supply. These open using a plugged in power supply, but when they close, they rely on an on board battery/capacitor as return power. I have 2 of these and one of them seems to barely have enough energy to close the valve during its close cycle. It's been this way since I installed it a few months ago. Although it's still working, I am concerned about the day my water overflows because it doesn't shut off due to failure of the battery/capacitor used to close the valve.

Bought 2 and Neither Worked
I purchased two of these and neither one worked properly. There is little to no information available to help if there is a issue with them. The company is based out of China so I could not call and speak to anyone in the service department. Great price but if it doesn't work than its worthless.

Works great. I have it hooked up to a breaker and use it to turn off the water at my cabin before I leave.

Valves worked well for a 9months then a water leak developed from the valve stem neck. Had to replace it after 9months. Only 70psi working peessure

Fantastic low power alternative to solenoid valves
Fantastic low power alternative to solenoid valves, apply power to open, on removing power it motors itself closed with charge stored in capacitor. Only draws 6 milliamps while holding open.It opens/closes in about 4 seconds, and has operated reliably since I installed it a few weeks ago.The only complaint I would have is with the wiring: thin. I would have used a larger gauge.
