I have previously used several different designs of spring-grip, and they all break, despite me not being very strong. These balls feel like they will last better, plus they are gentler on the joints of my hand.

They arrived next day as expected but are a but smaller than I was expecting meaning you have to position the eggs just right to fit all four fingers on the egg but I soon got the hang of this. Have only been using for 2 days and have noticed a slight improvement in my ability too grip things.

Great squeezy eggs, they do feel stick but they aren’t, you don’t get fluff sticking to them.

These are excellent, and helped me recover from an elbow injury.

I only needed the blue one, the other 2 are too soft to be of any benefit to me, though I can see how they would benefit someone who is recovering from surgery etc. I use it basically as a "stress egg", I get fidgety when I am hyper focusing and this stops me taping my fingers in the desk and annoying everyone around me.

I recieved red, blue and green (different colors ) so you have to figure out the scale of hardness on your own (a challenge for hand rehapiltation) The red one was the softest They do the job
