Best ever non-stick heavy duty bread pan.
I bake a lot of bread and own many bread pans, in various sizes. Depending on the dough recipe and baking temperatures, sticking is often a problem, no matter how well I grease the pan. Not with these pans! After baking, the bread almost jumps out the pan! I have other, so called non-stick pans, but nothing like these. I like them so well, that I’ve ordered several to replace my existing pans.Besides being true non-stick, they are all high quality, of heavy construction and bake very evenly.One small note, not all of the sizes are manufactured by Focus Foodservice. The 9-inch I received was manufactured by Winco (HLP-94), but worked just as well.

Fantastic Baking Pan
I bought these for my wife as her old glass baking pans were showing signs of wear. I read the reviews on these pans through the Amazon website and was impressed with the high ratings this received. I bought two of them and my wife loves them. Her breads bake more evenly than in the glass pans and the breads come free of the pan without any hassle when time to remove them. These are made with high-quality materials and workmanship that are not at all flimsy.

Even baking
I initially bought one of these loaf pans and was so pleased with it I purchased a second one. The pans are heavy enough that you don’t have the sides and bottom getting too done or too brown before the center of the loaf is done. They are not nonstick but I don’t find that to be an issue, just prepare the pans as you normally would and whatever you’re baking will easily release. Highly recommend these for anyone who likes to bake bread and quick breads. I haven’t looked yet but if they make another size I’m going to purchase it too.

Heavy duty pan works fantastic!
I got the 12inch pan a while back and use a 2lb white bread recipe. It makes perfect size loafs to make your white bread for sandwiches look like the same size and shape as the store bought bread, but it tastes way better since it's homemade. I make about 5 or 6 loaves a week in this pan and it still looks brand new. I've not needed to line or grease it, just wipe it out after each loaf with a paper towel. I tell everyone about how much I love my loaf pan.

Poor Quality Control
Metal flakes are encapsulated in the silicone glaze inside the bottom of the pan, marring a 1" length near the corner. I can also feel individual hard bumps on the sides of the pan, where I assume more flakes are embedded. I am concerned that metal may end up in the food when the glaze wears thin, or that the defects may cause early failure of the glaze if the flakes are scrapped loose by a serving utensil or while washing the pan.I don't feel safe using this pan for food, which is disappointing because the pan seems substantial and otherwise well made. I will try to repurpose it somehow.Zenker offers a similar pan for a similar price, so I may try that one next:Zenker Non-Stick Carbon Steel Loaf Pan, 12-Inch x 4.4-Inch x 2.8-Inch

Excellent quality and very useful
These are high quality pans that are at least as good as any I have ever bought. The 3/4 pound (8"x4") size pans are extremely useful and yet very hard to find. Two of them will hold the dough produced by a 9x5 bread loaf recipe. As a result, you can easily use a standard recipe to make two small loaves and then either freeze one or give one away. Alternatively, you can make just one loaf by simply reducing your recipe by 50%.
