Leaky defective product. No refund mechanism
Very bad product. There's hardly any insulation. The bottle leaks however well one closes it. Also, there is no option to get a refund on this defective item, on the Amazon site. There are many FAQs in the menu but no link or phone, WhatsApp no. to seek a refund.
