Pants for work. Durable and thick. Slightly heavy. The distribution of the pockets could be better but in the end you can manage. For me they are just fine. Good quality price ratio. And they look alright.

40 waist, fits perfectly, very durable and comfortable to wear all day long at work.

I bought the 34 waist 29 leg for my son for work. His 34/29 ones he has in a different brand fit perfectly with bit of room in the waist. These however were weird. The legs were far too billowy and wide. The waist was very tight even tho his actual measure is 33. The legs trailed on the ground even tho they were supposed to be, and sold as, 29 inches long. The knee pads were halfway down his shins. The material was very stiff but I think that could be overcome with washing with fabric softener but these are going back. His normal ones are £55 but I think you get what you pay for.

If there was a five star option for comedic value, they'd get it. I bought the 40"w 29"l in khaki and the kneed pad pockets are, well in completely the wrong place. I'm pointing to my knee cap. As you can see there's a big gap between the top of the pocket and my knee.It's obvious what's happened here from a manufacturing perspective. The pockets are positioned for a 33" inside leg. The inside leg of these trousers is an accurate 29". The pocket should have been moved up the trouser by about 2" but instead I've got a pocket for shin guards. LolI returned for a refund but got concerned when I didn't receive it two days after posting. Amazon sorted it out. I'd seen a few other reviews complaining about sizing being off so this might just be a quality control issue. Either way I'd rather pay a bit extra for DeWalt. Which are sized perfectly!
