These umbrellas are exceptionally high quality. The fabric is a good heavy weight and there is an excellent selection of colors. I am particularly impressed with the 10-year no fade guarantee. The umbrella on the right has been outdoors for approximately one year and the one on the left arrived today. The year old umbrella is as bright and vivid as the new one. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn't remember the name of this company, (ELITE) so Twice I ordered umbrellas from other companies that had more reviews and were double the PRICE. JUNK! So thankful I found out it was Elite. Great quality, heavy duty, crank opening so shorter people 5'5" can open and close by themselves, thick fabric, heavy pole. I purchased in black two years ago and it still looks great! Don't waste your time and money. Buy from this company. Great price for the quality!

This umbrella is a wonderful product!! It’s sturdy, strong, well made, easy to assemble and priced very well! The parts feel heavy duty and feel like they can withstand longtime wear! I highly recommend!!

Update: Changing my rating due to great customer service! I sent a message to the seller with pictures of the bent umbrella and they immediately processed a replacement even though the return period had just expired. That was excellent customer service! .............. Umbrella worked great for 33 days. The first strong wind that came in while the umbrella was up bent it and now it ia no longer stable...just past the return date. Go figure!

I'm sorry to say that we will have to return this item after only two weeks or so of use. When I first set up this umbrella, it was easily winched up but was very, very difficult to winch back down. Then, suddenly the entire winching mechanism loosened up to the extent that it was no longer properly operable and seemed about to come apart. This is now the replacement umbrella that we received after returning the first which was defective. The winch is a bit stiff when taking the umbrella down. Raising it is fine. This would be our only criticism. The umbrella is nicely made and well crafted . The fabric is excellent and we are pleased with the color. Overall, it is a nice looking product,

I should have looked at the reviews from the 10% of the people who bought this umbrella. It was opened exactly 4 times and on the 4th time, pins and 1 rib came down. It looks like it could be fixed with the right parts but it seems to me that the pins are not securely held in place allowing for the pin to work its way loose after the umbrella goes up and down a few times. This was on the more expensive end to purchase so I'm very disappointed. The material on the umbrella is wonderful...too bad the actual infrastructure has a poor design.

Perfect - exactly what was advertised and what we needed

I ordered the EliteShade USA 10-Year-Non-Fading 10Ft Market Umbrella Patio Umbrella Outdoor Table Umbrella with Ventilation, in Heather Beige. It is sturdy, the color is as advertised, and installation was a breeze. I got it to use on our patio table, and it provides coverage for all six chairs. It is taller than the one I replaced, so I can't reach the locking pin near the top, but not using it hasn't been a problem. I highly recommend this umbrella.
