Its great for quick efficient weight loss
I give it a 5 star because it really worked to strip the extra fat I had suddenly accumulated around my waist after an abdominal surgery. And it worked quickly. I took it twice a day for a couple of months. Now I take it once daily. However, one complaint is, it does NOT mix as easily as claimed. It does best in a really hot drink. But in a cold drink it did best in a blender. It also leaves a bitter aftertaste for awhile, like if I drink water afterwards even the water tastes mildly bitter. But it doesn't last too long. I like this product in particular because its unflavored so I can mix my own flavorings, & its organic assuring a more pure product. No problems with the timeliness of delivery.

Quality changed
I've bought this 6 times bec I loved it on my morning coffee and it dissolved faster than other mct oil brands I have tried and it did not alter the flavor of my coffee. My last shipment from March had a different texture. The original texture was like a very fine sugar which immediately sunk as I put it on my coffee and dissolved immediately once I stirred it. This batch was like a very light and fine powder which just floated. Even if I stirred it for a long time, there were still round clumps floating. I also noticed that my coffee tasted funny. What happened to the original product??? I'm going to give this product another chance by ordering another one and if it isn't like the original product, I will be returning it and will be looking for another brand.

Two Different Kinds!
They say there is variation in color depending on where the coconuts are sourced from. They say composition and taste are the same for both. Composition may be the same but the taste is definitely not!!!! My first several orders were the cream colored amazingly wonderful stuff. It tastes like coffee mate!!! It's so creamy and delicious. It even tastes a little sweet. It dissolves in coffee very easily. It's a fantastic product. Then, my last two orders have been the very white stuff. It does not taste good at all and does not mix in coffee very easily. I'm so disappointed.

Great Keto Latte!
This is my first experience with MCT oil powder. However, I have used other Intentionally Bare products including the MCT C8 oil and Softgel capsules. I think all their products are great but wanted to try the powder in my coffee and it doesn't disappoint. It does require a powered whisk to mix well. I use an Aero Latte mixer. A blender is not necessary. It's not milk but is a reasonable substitute and has no caloric carbohydrates. The acacia fiber even look like milk in the coffee. I think it is fantastic and certainly contributes to my fat-adaptation and ketone production. The bulk oil in a bottle is the best value but this powder is a nice treat in the morning and is also good while traveling. Overall this is a Keto-Keeper!

This is good. There's no maltrodextrin, or other ingredients that elevate insulin, so if you're on a low carb diet and don't use dairy for whatever reason, this is one of the better ones out there. I would love to try an unsweetened version of this though- not everyone likes sweet coffee. It takes some getting used to...

Smooth texture, mixes into liquids easily. No aftertaste. Been using it for several years and quality is consistently high.

I've only had it for two days, but I am definitely impressed by this product. For the quality of the product, the price seems reasonable when compared to other brands. It dissolves well without the need for blending like MCT oil (although a quick stir with a spoon does help), and it provides a slightly creamy texture and colour (similar to using cream). If you like your coffee black, it does mask some of the coffee's flavour (similar to cream), so this product may not be for you in that case. Also, the jar is only half full. I don't care from a "ripped off" standpoint since the net grams are what I go by, but I wish they'd make it smaller to save on storage space. Other than that, I'm quite happy, will definitely repurchase, and would recommend this product.

I bought the 100% organic mct oil powder and this is the jar I have received. However, whats inside is the french vanilla mct powder. I have reached out to the company and they said they encountered a manufacturing problem and that indeed it was the wrong powder inside the jar. They replied quickly and were very nice. They refunded the cost. However, I asked about how it is possible to transform oil into powder without adding accacia gum or inulin and if she could garantee me there isnt any other ingredients inside the 100% mct oil powder. If you read the ingredients on the jar, mct is the only ingredient there. It says no filler, no texture agent. Thats their selling point. Although it would be a great feat of food engineering to transform oil into powder without any additives, I believed the ingredients list and their advertisement. The owner of the company said she could not garantee there wasnt any gum or additives in her product, contrary to her ingredients list! And that I should buy her oil instead to be sure mct was the only ingredient. I asked her how she could do this and still print out and advertise her 100% mct oil powder as a single ingredient product. Havent heard back. So if you were buying this because there wasnt any gum or filler in this, go for the oil. As inulin and accacia raise blood sugar levels, I cant have them, so this issue was important to me.

So I purchased both forms, powder and capsules. Capsules are easy. The powder, using 1 scoop in coffee. Make sure to use a cup 2+ times larger than your coffee, put the scoop and use your frother (otherwise it will not blend in and remain clumpy). It claims to be unflavored which technically true it leaves a very strong powder/chalky taste as you drink your coffee (however you drink your coffee black or cream & sugar) with a slight oily feeling. It definitely modifies the flavour of the coffee which is quite off-putting. As for the results it is too soon to say if it works but I would assume there are some benefits from its use however moving forward I will use the capsules. Unfortunately this powder form is not eligible for return which means have wasted $50 unless I can figure out a way to use it without affecting the flavour of what I drink or eat. If you can tolerate this chalky taste then this product is good for you.
