Fits great. I wear it over my winter jacket. I could wear it over a hoodie as well. If it were summer time and I wanted to wear a T-Shirt i would have to order a size smaller.

This vest is highly visible and extremely reflective to light. It fits well and is breathable. The material does not look cheap nor feel cheap. Actually very happy with this purchase. The breast pocket is nice and big enough for a radio or notebook. Even a little strap above the radio that is nice for a badge or radio microphone! I am usually a size xl or xxl so I went for the bigger fit and it’s great.
