I’ve often experienced heartburns and ingestion. In the past, I tried other brands’ turmeric and curcumin supplements but there was little improvement in my digestive system. So after 6-month taking those capsules, I stopped. Recently, I did some researches and chose to buy this product. I have been taking this twice daily for over a month and noticed a major improvement. My chest and stomach now feel much better. There is no chest pain or bloating. Not all turmeric products are the same, but it works great for me. I’d recommend this product to anyone who has heartburns and indigestion. I love it!

I like this product for TMJ jaw pain and joint pain. General body aches & energy too! I have a lot of different ginger/ turmeric supplements but I love that this one has all 3 turmeric curcumin and ginger within 1 capsule with bioperine to help absorption!! I also love that it’s gluten free because I can’t take or eat anything with a gluten allergy/ hypothyroidism. This supplement/ bioperine also help to speed up metabolism which I also need!!

What I liked the most about this product is that it helps in reducing joint inflammation. As a runner this can be a big issue. I've been loving taking this to help my knees, ankles, and hips not only for now, but also hopefully in the future. My mom also has pretty bad arthritis and she's been taking these to help her out.

I love this brand! This turmeric supplement is more effective than others I’ve taken because it has ginger and bioperine so your body will actually absorb it and utilize the amazing benefits of turmeric and ginger. I was excited to incorporate this into my daily regimen because I am in the gym a lot and I stand on my feet all day for work resulting in back pain. Not only is turmeric anti inflammatory but ginger and turmeric will reduce muscle soreness leaving my back happy again!

I bought this because of my joint pain in my hands. When I’m actively making my turmeric/ginger drink with lemon and honey, the pain subsides but then I forget to make it days in a row and the pain comes back :( I take B12 daily (as a vegan) so now I just add these life savers to my regimen. Also it’s much less time consuming for when I’m on the go. I’m working out and lifting weights again! Thanks for the great product!

I felt an immediate response after taking a couple doses or this supplement. Unfortunately, I got a nasty rash on my face which is one of the side affects of turmeric. I had an allergic reaction to turmeric! Which saddens me because my knees felt so much better!
