Basically I wish I'd spent the extra few quid and gone for a known manufacturer. Like Ring. I've just spent two hours trying to find the website for this manufacturer. Having done so. No mention of video doorbells. I'd avoid if I was you. They're a cheap copy of a successful product. The app iscee is flawed. Notifications are totally unreliable. And delayed. I never write reviews but if you're looking to save a few quid my experience tells me you will be disappointed. Avoid

Srrivedcon time and well packaged for an easy installation. Box had all that was needed to install. Set up was fairly easy but you need to read instructions thoroughly. Camera provides a good level of day and night video. All up good value for money when compared to high cost alternatives.

A little awkward to set up but not impossible. The adhesive strip tonsfixk it to upvc door did not work for more than 3 hours so had to fix it to the wall.However, it picks up any movement not just people so drains the battery with in 2 weeks not a few months as listed.The mobile app isn’t that great, if the phone goes into sleep mode for too long it goes off line and it is impossible to get it back on line unless you are able to active the bell in person.For the price not great value for money, I will probably swap it for a well known branded name

Keeps asking for a password from the item regNo password included. Also the item was already open and the inside packaging was damaged. Believe that another person had the same problem as me and repackaged it and returned it.

We have had this device for a few weeks now and works perfectly well. Set up can be fiddly, but we managed to get it connected to two mobile phones. The thing that is not obvious is that when speaking to the person at the door, it works like a walkie-talkie - you cant both talk at the same time. You have to press the mic button on your App to speak to them.Night vision is surpisingly good. Response to our mobiles is quite good, actually spoke to the postman who rang the doorbell when in a coffee shop some 2Km away.If I had an issue it is the battery life. Weve only had ita few weeks and we have had to charge the batteries once already - not sure it lives up to the 'long-life' tag. Recharging is easy, but you do need to unscrew the device from the wall, which means you do not have a doorbell whilst the batteries are charging up. Does anyone knopw where you cna get spare batteries and a charger for them?Also, whilst we are happy with the response when someone rings the doorbell, we also invested in a door chime. You can plug it anywhere and it is picked up by the doorbell - and is loud enough for even the hard of hearing.

This is a really good video doorbell. Once setup its been working well. Took a few attempts for it to work properly. E.g going offline and unpairing with phone. I had to reinstall the app again. However, message notification has no sound when there is a detection on phone. So if phones in sleep mode you will miss notification. However, once you open your phone its displayed in the notification bar. Phone rings when the doorbell rings which has been helpful when I'm not at home. I think you have to be connected to wifi also when out of the home for it work. However, not completely sure as my phone automatically switches to wifi at work and I haven't received any messages in transit. I haven't experienced the night mode as I live in a block of flats and the communal light is always on. I bought the doorbell separately and easy to link with video doorbell. It also stores photo captures on your phone as well so I haven't felt the need to use the cloud service.
