Per vendor's request, here it is:The purchase was intended for specific personal reasons. The product is excellent in terms of make/material/what u see in the pictures. If you want to wear it as a hat, that is your choice, I didnt purchase these "hats" for that purpose... you can do things such as spread the wings out using wire so buzzard looks like it is circling... hang it from the ceiling... add cartoon thought bubbles, etc... enjoy. Everyone at my workplace does. Helps lighten the day and release tension.

"Wait?? No! Let's Kill Something!!!"
We had Summer Bible School, with the theme "Weird Animals". I found a different animal hat for each opening (thank you, Amazon!), but this one was the favorite of the kids! I have a larger head, but this worked fine - it was a bit big for the kids who tried it (and they all wanted to!), but even that wasn't a problem. We had fun with it, which was all we could ask of it. And it looked GREAT in the photos!!!

Way better than expected
I bought these to tease a friend about a vulture problem she was having around her home. For the price I was hoping it would be decent quality. I’ve had bad experiences with costumes before with other vendors but I would definitely buy from this one again! Very good quality and fit adult size heads! So much better than expected! Thanks for a great product!

Cute Hat for Gag Gift!
We got this for a friend who is turning a very "young" 75 this year. Can't wait to see him wear it! It is a bit small for a man's head, though.

Still laughing at this item lol
Every year for Christmas to make it even more fun, my family buys gag gifts for each other as well as "real" gifts. One relative is always given gag gifts of monkey items, another gets Yogi the Bear, another is given Honey bee themed items and then we have the one relative that is always given vulture/buzzard gag gifts. This was a huge hit to say the least. LOL I was quite impressed with the quality of this item also.

Cute but doesn’t stay upright. Plus feather is barely staying on.
