Best Value and Taste! Good results.
This is hands down the best value you will get, and the flavor is amazing compared to other brands. I'm already on my third container of it, and haven't even bothered switching brands like I usually do because the flavor and price. I saw others complaining about the cholesterol. One scoop has 125mg of cholesterol and 30grams of protein. One egg has 185mg of cholesterol and 6 grams of protein. In that perspective, it's not bad at all. You can probably find a better ratio, but it might cost you around double. I seen others complain about sucralose which is an artifical sweetener popular in Splenda. That's what gives it a lot of the good flavor. It's better than having more added sugars, and more calories. Usually protein drinks taste terrible. These are delicious both cookies and cream and chocolate. The protein obviously helps because I'm able to get a max workout in, and recover fully in 24 hours now. That wasn't the case when I lacked protein in my diet. I only use one scoop a day. Like I said, this is a good value protein and not really bad. If you want something more healthier and probably less tasty you can pay a lot more.

The only protein powder I will ever buy
I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what protein powder would be the best value for the servings and price, and Body Fortress really is the poor mans protein powder. This is the cheapest I have found anywhere, but that does not mean it doesn't do its job. The scoops are not too big or too small but they do pack 30 grams of protein in just one. I usually take two scoops after working out or at work as a hold over until I can eat my meals and it works great. After getting back into shakes, my weight has gone up 20 pounds ad my strength as increased dramatically since I am getting the right amount of protein a day for my weight. Having a great powder just makes it easier to hit that goal every day so I recommend this one. It's cheaper than the competition which means you can buy more and use it more. This is the only protein powder I will ever buy.

Body builder protein
I’ve been a body builder for about 10 years. I tried this products for the first time I would says it’s not really my taste. It’s very chocolatey but I wouldn’t says it’s disgusting. To each their own but it was for my tastebuds. The texture is just like any other protein powder. Overall I’d say average protein shake.

Update: POWER STICK BLENDER is the only way to go.
UPDATE: Use a handheld POWER STICK BLENDER and it comes out perfectly blended. Try as I might, it doesn't mix well at all with a spoon. There are a hundred lumps and clumps of this product all balled up floating in the milk or water you're trying to incorporate this mix into. At best, it's an extremely tedious process that is ineffective. This is advertised as being made mixable. Really? Now, for the scoop. I think most would put the scoop in last at the top of the mix where it's handy to get to. This way you can use it on the first glass through the last glass. But NOT these people. They make you dig into the center of the product to search for the scoop. Ridiculous!
