Gel was dried out; probably sat in the warehouse too long. Won't order this product on-line again.

LOVE!

Started using gel eyeliner once pencils started leaving me with eye infections. No problems here. And Maybelline stays put until I remove it- no running or smudging! I replaced the brush and instead use disposable ones- JUST IN CASE.
