The shakes taste nice and they last until dinner time I take one in the mornings now and again but I will always purchase them

These are great, keep you pretty full for a few hours and are helping me lose weight. I do them with water and they are super thick and creamy.I'm gradually trying all the flavours. Chocolate is my favourite (not in this pack).The white choc and raspberry, and the mint choc are both lush. Caramel is nice. I hate coffee but my partner has the Latte ones so they aren't wasted and said they are okay but quite rich.

Nice taste I put in blender with ice cubes.

Enjoyed all flavours. Kept me full and l didn't eat in-between meals. 2 shakes a day and a salad with chicken or similar for lunch.

They are so easy to make, even if you don't have a whiskAnd they still taste ok with just waterThe café latte is to die forThe chocolate mint is a bit disappointing

1st Time Trying the shakes !!The Flavours are really nice and taste like they should, They are sweet which is better for me.. I mix with Milk but they do get thick and lay heavy in your stomach.. So the feeling of full up is a must with a diet. This will stop you wanting to eat in between.. I drink water and it makes me feel even fuller. I’m taking these 4 Hours apart and having a meal at night with my family.. I use a shaker bottle to mix.. This does not taste of powder as you would expect. The more you shake it the thicker it gets. Just add more milk if it gets too thick..

OMG... the orange flavour is disgusting. The other flavours are ok.
