This is a fluffy powder and a little messy scooping it out but it seems to be good quality and I feel it is working. I switched to this instead of Pure brand because of price and quality and I am not disappointed. I'm using it to heal from 3 rounds of Cdiff. I had a lapse in between the time that I ran out of Pure and ordered this and experienced belly pain but since starting this for a few days the pain is little to none. It takes a long time to heal your gut. I will be using this for a very long time!

I get the flavorless kind. It melts well in a warm/hot drink. No aftertaste. Idk if the value is good for the amount of purchase.

The product came in time. I use it daily in my shakes. A plus is that it has no taste. So, it doesn’t change the flavor of my smoothies, shakes or tea. It’s not thick at all and dissolves in anything hot or cold. I will be buying it again.

One of the best L-glutamine powders available & priced right. I don’t use this for myself, I actually use this to supplement my fur babies diet, as she has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Research shows this helps reduce the inflammatory response & helps heal/tighten the junctions of the gastrointestinal tract lining.
