Great scalp massage

I have had the same brush since 9th grade. ...and I am now 38! I have tried to replace it several times over the years but have not found anything that works as well. I was hopeful when I saw and read about this brush. First of all it looks very similar to my old favorite: made of wood, wide paddle type shape, and stiff bristles (not nylon hairs, that never works for me), but it is quite a bit smaller than mine. I am sad to say this brush will not be able to replace my old stand by:( The thick "fingers" just don't handle my long thin/fine hair without a lot of pulling and snagging, when dry. ... ....however I HAVE been AMAZED at how fantastically this brush works on my hair when it's wet! !! I have always had to use a pick to detangle my pin straight ultra fine hair! (It wouldn't hold a curl if it's life depended on it! ) I have tried all kinds of wide tooth combs with terrible results and have been using the same pick for almost as long as the brush!!!! I wish this company (or any other) had a brush that could replace my ancient one satisfactorily for my hair when dry! I need thinner more numerous "fingers" to tease the snags from my fine hair while dry and I will finally be in this century with my hair care tools! Thanks for the great wet hair detangler though! :)

EXCELLENT Brush for daily use. Quality made....but longevity is only a few years because the plastic bristles begin to fall out and are of attachments begin to crack. Basically all the plastic areas disintegrate in a few years. Regardless the brush is comfortable and works great on tangled or normal hair. Just don't expect the brush to last forever.

This is my second Kent brush and I wish I had gotten this one sooner! They are simply the best! Doesn’t damage or break the ends of my hair.

I have thick hair so it can be difficult to brush my hair right out of the shower. This brush works great with wet hair. I also like the wood handle instead of a cheap plastic one.

I had bought this same brush overseas three years ago and it finally ripped. I was extremely pleased that I was able to find the exact product on amazon. It is totally worth the $$. In the description it indicates it's good for thick, curly hair but I have thin, fine, short, straight hair and it gets very tangled when wet. This brush works so well to brush wet hair out without breakage. It's honestly the best brush I've ever had.

I'm a guy with long, thick hair that tends to eat brushes, rapidly ripping out bristles if not outright causing the cushions they're sunk into to pull loose of the body. After well over a year of daily use, more than twice as long as the cheaper brushes I normally buy, this one's finally started to wear out. Things I've read online seem to indicate one should replace their hair brush every year or so anyway, so I feel like 16 month is an ample lifespan for the price.

My hair is very curly, and this brush does an excellent job detangling knots with minimal effort. It also doubles as a soothing scalp massager, which I really enjoy. The materials make it feel like a quality brush in your hand; however, it began to wear down after about two years of regular use. The pegs began to come loose, and tears started forming in the brush head. This may be a result of traveling with it 1-2x a month. Regardless, that's the reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Super brosse simple et efficace, parfaite pour démêler mes longs cheveux bouclés. Avant, démêler mes cheveux était très difficile, je n'arrivais pas à trouver une brosse qui démêlait mes cheveux sans me les arracher, les casser, les abîmer et massacrer mon cuir chevelu au passage. Avec cette brosse en bois à gros picots, fini la galère et l'appréhension du démêlage. Il se fait naturellement et en douceur. Je conseille vraiment cette brosse pour les cheveux longs, bouclés ou frisés, difficiles à démêler. Elle est parfaite, c'est un produit de qualité, je suis plus que satisfaite de mon achat. So glad to have found this brush! My three-year-old has long, curly hair and hair washing was becoming an event I dreaded, lots of tears brushing out the tangles. I tried about four different new brushes in just as many weeks, all highly recommended for curly hair, none worked. This was my last stab, I would have to trim her hair as we couldn't go on having such a nightmarish experience every time I washed her hair. This brush is amazing, on her wet hair the tangles are brushed out within two minutes, she hardly has time to complain. I can even use it on her dry hair, again within a few minutes, the hair is brushed out without any fuss, left glossy and full. I plait it after a good brush in the evening, and in the morning she loosens it and shakes out the curls, ready to go! My own hair is very thick, very frizzy, very long. To my surprise, this brush even works on my hair! I brush it while the conditioner is on, and once again, within three or four minutes the tangles are out (used to take at least three times as long, with lots of tugging which broke my hair off badly). With this brush, I lose just a tiny amount of hair, did not know this was possible. The only negative about the brush is that the paddle is made of wood, so withing a few weeks, the wood was cracked. Still works perfectly, and I don't have the heart to mark it down for that, as it has been such a life-changer for our family! It would be amazing if this company could make the same brush specifically for use on wet hair so the outer is not damaged by moisture.

Ich nutze diese Haarbürste nun schon seit mehreren Monaten und finde sie nach wie vor sehr angenehm. Sie ist weich, die Noppen sind angenehm auf der Kopfhaut, sind elastisch genug, um nicht zu viele Haare auszureißen, die Haare bleiben nicht blöd in irgendwelchen Nähten oder Zwischenräumen hängen und die Bürstenfläche ist auch angemessen groß. Hat echt alles, was man sich von einer guten Bürste wünscht.
