Pros: It's bright and battery life is good.Cons: It broke and the mount lacks versatility.As you can see below, one of the little plastic tabs that holds the red cover on broke off and now the cover won't stay on. That happened when I hit a bump in the road and the cover came flying off. This has happened to me with other lights before, but never enough to break the light.The other main problem with this light is the mount. It only attaches to the seatpost. That wouldn't be so bad, but when you take the light out of the mounting bracket there is no way to clip it on to a bag or a belt or anything. Most lights have a little belt clip, but this one doesn't.

I have purchased many rear bicycle tail lights in the past years, but this one tops them all.Even during daylight use the 9 LED output is "Extremely Bright", compared to others at the same price point.I really like the "All Lights Flashing" mode because to me, it increases the attention of the approaching motorist behind you.If your looking for a "Extremely Bright" rear bicycle tail light, I would highly recommend the purchase of the G2U - C007 tail lamp by Geared2U.

Too often I bike with something that precludes a seat post mounted light being visible. So, I modified the light case by cutting a slot behind the mounting rail (with a hack saw), and securing it to the back of my bike helmet. I looped a zip tie between two holes on the back of the helmet, and slipped the modified clip behind it. It is easy to install and remove, and is always visible. I think the future of biker visibility gear is in the direction of these ultra bright lights for daytime use. I bet the Geared2u product engineers could improve on my gerry-rigged helmet mounted rear light.

This light is bright and very visible. The video reviews comparing it to other lights is right on spot. The reason for 4 stars is that you can only mount this vertically. This is fine for my husband's bike (5'10, 58cm). But, for me at 5'5 on a 50cm bike, there's no room on my seat post with my saddle bag. There is no option to hang horizontal. Fortunately, my husband is super handy and sawed through back piece to make it a clip, added Velcro and we attached it to my saddle bag, vertically. We'll see if it stays put (we live in a hilly area, but it seems pretty sturdy).

Very good value for money. I used two on these lights on my recumbent bike seat - you can see them from a quarter mile away in bright sunlight. Haven't been run over yet!! They must be working!

Tremendously bright light and wonderful customer service from Geared2U. I purchased two of these lights and am really pleased with the added visibility they provide to the rear of our bikes in the evening and at night. I have owned two different rear blinky lights, which operated fine, but I feel safer with this light's flashing pattern choices.

Daylight visible with three different settings. I like the variable flashing. Turn it on during every ride now. A bargain considering my husband just spent $50 on a similar product at the bike shop.

It's very bright even during the day. I bought TWO, one is for the front and the other one is for the back/tail. I feel more safety during the biking. Now I can bike anytime I want it. Very happy with the products!

After looking for quite a while I finally found a rear back light that you screw on instead on the traditional rubber one. I decided that I would no longer use rear lights that attached to a bike with just rubber, as my one fell off while I was doing around 16mph on a busy road( an experience I don't want again !)When I recieved the item I was very happy with the build and it felt really sturdy, I didn't know what to expect with this light but was surprised.Then I recieved an email about how to use the light which was reassuring that the manufacturers actually cared about how well their product is recieved.I also think this product is lifetime guaranteed which is a bonus.The only concern is that even when fully screwed on to my road bike seat post it was just a little loose but other than that the product is really good. Hopefully no problems occur after a few months as I've had this product just under a week!

Really decent bit of kit for the money, brighter than I expected.Only neg I would say is it is a bit cheeky to say 4 settings - when one of them is off.. lol.But as I say, happy with the purchase and took seconds to fit.

This is a very bright light at any price,includes red reflector(legal requirement in Britain),and batteries.Even if you don't need one now it's worth having one for spare.

Low quality plastic and mount broke after 3 uses. Shame as it was a nivce bright light.
