So far very pleased
The earbuds came in the original packing, including a JLab sticker, so you can tell they care about this 'Renewed' version. For like $10 less (20% off) new price, I'm satisfied. The earbuds arrived almost totally charged, although the battery case had no charge. I easily paired the buds to my iPhone as well as my laptop.Sound is nice and the bluetooth range is very far. I was connected to my laptop and went out through a metal door and thick cinderblock wall, across a hall, and into a bathroom with another thick wall and had no loss of sound quality. When connected to your phone (on an iPhone at least) their battery remaining will be shown in the dock on the top of your screen, which is awesome. They also speak to you when you first put them in about how much battery is left. They have a ton of button commands to do most things you'd want to do without touching your device, but I do wish the button was on the side or top of the earbud rather than the face of it because you have to awkwardly hold with your thumb and press upwards towards the top of your ear to avoid just jamming it into your ear canal.I love the fit. I can't stand Apple earbuds - the hard plastic just hurts my ears. These come with 3 sizes of earbud tips and you could order more if you wanted (there's foam ones available for those that want noise canceling). My girlfriend tried them, however, and the earbuds just would not stay in her ears. They'd go like halfway in only, and a small shake of her head made them come out. No idea why, so that's something to know about. The battery case isn't large but it definitely wouldn't be ideal to keep in your pants pocket all day. I decided on these earphones over any other though because of the built-in charging cable on the battery case, though. It is a durable, bi-directional USB plug that has a short, thick cable. I am extremely pleased with that as I can just plug that into my laptop or a computer and not have to carry around a charger.

10/10
It fit my ears perfectly, the touch control is manageable, the charging ability is so useful if you only have a back piece but no cable it comes with its own. It is super easy to use, the sound is also super clear and the value was so worth it.

good connection and fit for the value
These fit well, are a little larger than I'd like, but not too disruptive to wear. They are more noise canceling than I'd like as well, but I assumed that would be the case given the design. My only real complaint is related to the way I'd like to use these devices.Often I want to only wear one of these at a time, so I can pay attention to other things going on (my kids, people coming to my desk at work, just other stuff going on around me) while at the same time having a podcast or music playing in the background in one ear. These work well for that in that I can in fact use one earbud in this manner. However, the problem comes in how these then pair to the device. I have to pair each individually (left and right) and then keep them straight in the profile as left or right, and then manually connect to the one I want. For me, and maybe for everyone, the right earbud seems to take precedence, so if I am wearing both of them, the right earbud will connect, nothing I can do about it. I can't disconnect the right and then manually connect to the left through the device, because then the right earbud just doesn't work. Not a problem for most, but I will often want to remove only the right earbud and keep in the left. If I do this and then place the right earbud into the charging cradle, the left well also turn off and I have to go through steps to reconnect to just the left.I know, not a huge issue, I can just let the right earbud play as well and not turn it off, but then I have to carry it around with me so that the BT connection isn't lost (the left will connect to the right, and the right to the device carrying both channels). It becomes a bit of a pain for me. So I have to strategically choose whether to use one or two earbuds and if I do go from two down to one need to remember to keep in the right side and take out only the left. This is a small concern, and won't impact most people I assume, so I only take off one star.In all other ways the device is great. I get about 50' - 100' of range at times, walking all around the office, to the bathroom, upstairs and downstairs at home, all while leaving my phone (Pixel 2) sitting in one spot. I rarely lose connection. The phone audio quality isn't terrible either, as long as you aren't in a windy or very noisy environment. This would be the other area that docks it a star, since I can't really make a call while out walking the dogs without the person on the other end of the call being a little put off. They say it's like a whooshy speaker phone, like a fan is blowing lightly in the background at all times. In any case, for the price, I am happy with my purchase. I don't use them enough to justify paying for the better brands and don't make enough calls to worry about the outdoor phone quality. If you do, you may want to invest in a pricier model. But if you're wearing them to sit at the desk or walk around inside with them, they work very, very well.

Total Turd
I hate this product because it left me hanging several times without music when I really wanted it. I've purchased this exact model several times, for my friends and for myself, and the interface has changed, noticeably to the detriment of the overall product.I cannot overstate how much I hate this sort of nonsense from these manufacturers. This product is garbage. I could literally just type here for hours about how mad I am at these little turd-tooters stank up the whole joint with respect to my entire morning- figuratively speaking, of course.I just cant overstate how infuriating it is when the product quality diminishes so noticeably. It seems almost like those batteries I bought on here a while back- they just seem to be robbing me when I imagine how little work would go into simply delivering consistent quality over even as short a time frame as whenever the hell I lost them last. And just to clarify, I lose these things all the time- already lost the pair that have me so hot-and-bothered. I'm exactly the consumer you'd want to please and you've failed me. I'm not mad that they're easy to lose- I'm mad that they don't work.Make something simple that works, and I'll come back. Change it up and I'm super-pissed.If you're still reading I cant figure out why. This is just the remaining rage trickling forth from the ends of my fingertips. In short-total turd- two thumbs down, don't buy

Great value
I had these same Jlab’s before, but at 8 years old would lose their charge after a few hours. Great sound quality, rugged, and a great value.
