Excellent product....I am so happy that the tap I bought is beautiful as well as good quality. 1. Design is good...fitted in my kitchen sink. Now we don't have to bend while washing. plates. I can adjust the hose pipe accordingly. It's simple n easy. In fact everyone in the house is happy. 2. Solid quality. No plastic. That's a good point. 3. Delivery I got in just one day. Just next day morning. 4. Fitting is very easy. Overall, I am very happy.... Thanks for this good product...👍 Several months passed and it's still steady and like new....

I am sharing my review after use of 2yrs. The product is working very fine, Mattel shine is also maintained. Best' part there customer care number response is also good and fast in case of any spare parts required they send by courier

Generally I don't review unless I'm obliged to due to extra-ordinarily outstanding or pathetically worst experience..... Honestly, for two main reasons, I didn't expected this faucet to be so fantastic with respect to well-built quality, finishing, true-to-purpose and packaging on par with biggest of quality brands in India like Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Plumber, etc (leave Kohler....that is above all for me) - Reasons - 1) Had never heard of this Brand name 'Alton' (so 'Trust' issues), and 2) It's priced very reasonable at Rs. 1,299/- (though MRP is Rs. 2,500/-) (I mostly believe quality products always come at premium price). But, my expectations blown away when I opened the package and found so professionally well-packed Faucet with excellent feel-in-hand speaking of its quality and its Brass. After installing, it worked so smoothly and flawless without a single leak from any joints and with good strong flow just like how I was having earlier with my Jaquar Faucet. That's it - I didn't wanted anything else as there was nothing more which one could ask for except its durability which only time will say now; but, looking at the product I'm extremely positive that it should easily last till the time I realize it was extremely good value for money. I think the negative reviews here may be because of sheer bad luck of receiving faulty piece (which I highly doubt is possible but you never know) or installation error or mishandling. I would advice those who are looking up-to this, simply go ahead and buy it before price increase or stock finishes or model cease to exist! Thank You Alton & Amazon......Happy Buying folks!!

Product is good and I am satisfied with the quality. However after installing we found that the water flow was too low. After some poking around found that the tip of the faucet can be unscrewed and there was something stuck inside it stopping the water. It was removed and the flow and pressure is now vey good

Works well, as advertised, and looks AWESOME. Definitely an excellent addition to my kitchen. Durability needs to be seen as I've just installed it a week ago. Slightly expensive but worth the money !! UPDATE: Started leaking in 2 years and company is unable to provide either Service or Replacement even in the heart of Mumbai City. They are based in Gurgaon and don't seem to have SERVICE CENTERS ANYWHERE ELSE IN INDIA, NOT EVEN IN MAJOR CITIES. COMPANY ONLY PROVIDES AUTOMATED / AI BASED WHATSAPP CHAT SUPPORT WHICH IS NOT OF MUCH USE.

This is a review after 10 months of use. Pressure was always just a thin, painful trickle. Finally we called a qualified plumber from Urban Pro. He tested it today 10th November 2025, and discovered that the twin jet stream-and-pressure shower twist mechanism had a net or mesh which was blocking and preventing the full force of the flow of water and reducing it to a trickle. He removed the mesh. The flow is normal now but the tap can only function by producing a stream of water. The shower function is gone. This, after spending so much money. I regret not having chosen Kohler or Jaquar instead. I'm really disappointed. I don't suppose Alton would consider replacing this tap free of charge, for the sake of goodwill.

If you are thinking about buying from this brand, think 10 times. There is zero support and they will frustrate you like anything. The one I bought had water drop coming occasionally and they said its not a problem and asked me to call plumber to get it fixed.
