Perfect match and installation for a Lowes 4 T8 lamp overhead shop fixture
Perfect fit to replace defective 4T8 lamp original ballast fixture from Lowes that lasted only 2 years. The wire colors matched perfectly to the old lamp wires. Only needed some wire cutters and small wire nuts to cut and remove excessive wiring. Its working great. I will update if anything changes

It failed after 4 months.
Only lasted until October. I ended up buying a new one again. Disappointed for sure but needed to fix it. They would offer a warranty of a year.
