I began taking this product almost two weeks ago. After just a few days I have experienced a natural, jitter-free energy level and overall alertness. I like this product so much more than the gelatin powder. It's much easier to take and helps me maintain my energy all day

This is a great product men and women should use this if you want to have energy all day and be in a great mood

My wife started taking these for various "benefits" and there were none-- she encountered serious Insomnia and she even seemed to get anxious for no reason. We tossed these out and two days later she was back to her old great self. Stay away from these "miracle" drugs that are unfounded.
