Very strong magnet. Was able to pick up lots of sewing pins with it. Probably a little to strong for just sewing pins. At least now if I loss some sewing pins I will definitely be able to find them with this magnet

Purchased this to help remove security tags of of pallet clothing that I order online. Worked on most of the security tags but not all. Would be helpful if it came with a case because it is pretty powerful so it kept getting stuck to things.

AMAZING POWER!!!I need them to deactivate Puddle Courtesy Lights (Amazon sells them for lots of cars!) that I mounted on the my inside of my car door. I will place the magnets under the interior carpet, just inside my car door, just below the puddle lights mounted on each door of my Jaguar XKR Coupe. The power of these magnets will definitely keep the puddle light turned off until the door is opened and the puddle light swings from over the magnet—breaking the magnetism.When the door is swung open the Jaguar logo puddle lights will come on shining the round logo on the ground as a courtesy for the passenger and/or driver (me😃), as they exit!The magnets that come with the Puddle Lights are pretty worthless to be honest...even if you mount the whimpie magnets on TOP of the interior car carpet.

For me i was needing a more powerful magnet. For most people it will be adequate. Its a good magnet. I feel the price doesn't justify the powerfulness of what you get. I do recommend it. Would be nice if it had more pull

I recieved an item I bought online from a well known clothing retailer and to my dismay, there was a security tag. I discovered this after taking the price and size tags off and I have no idea where the packing slip is or if I already shredded it. Did a little YouTube video search for how to remove the type of security tag I had without distroying the tag or the item. One of the videos I saw suggested a very strong maget. I figured $10 wasn't too much to pay (would spend that in gas to drive to this clothing retailer since there are none within a 10 mile radius). The trick is to place it near the biggest part of the tag (usually on the outside of the clothing item). Worked like a charm!

This magnet works fantastic. It has many many uses and it does what it says it will just keep it away from any electronics or recorded material because it is that strong.
