Honest review after years of taking it
It really does help, I noticed a visible difference when I took it for the first time. I noticed mood uplifting and increased focus within an hour of taking it. I wont recommend taking more than recommended dosage. Compared to other brands this one had better effect and the quality .

Life changing suppliment
It's really help for energy....I m taking 2 capsule before gym...it's very helpful to maintain energy and mood for full day....than after office taking l theanine and go to sleep... before this I was taking psychiatrist medicine...I left it now.. thanks 🙏

Seems effective but need precautions
It has got quality surely however if you are gonna use this regularly make sure to take 5-htp along with it because alone it'll deplete all your serotonin. At first it was good but now I'm more depressed than ever.
