Good price very good oil
Turkey is not known for its Olive oil but who cares. They need to spell out how o track this oil what variety of olives they use and the polyphenol content. It is cold pressed ,unfiltered, and non gmo. This oil surprised me with its creamy and initial smooth flavor. Then the pepper hits you .The color is very good .I believe the polyphenol count is high which is my primary concern. Many believe that how many times you cough from the peppery taste is a good judge of polyphenol.s. That is not true. This oil seems very good and the 3 star reviews seem off to me and unfair.

Beautiful Flavor
This is a balance between bland and overly pungent. Dipping bread in this olive oil to taste it is a treat: flavorful without being overpowering, pungent without being peppery. Rounded but interesting and not boring. I like the estate concept although one wonders how believable is a product from Marocco. Same with the competitions... In any case, it's a very good oil and smells and tastes fresh. Incidentally, our cold pressed oil we usually order from California has gone way up in price so this price isn't bad. Also, for what it's worth, I was reading in an infomercial by a Dr Gundry that olive oil fro Morocco has way more of the good part that has all the beneficial effects. He sells a particular oil from an estate there for huge money. When I came across this oil I fugured it's probably just as good for a heck of a lot less. And I love the flavor. What the heck!

Not a product of California
I bought this product because Amazon had listed it as a "California olive oil." This product is from Turkey. It has a mild flavor, and is light in color. It does have a "bit of a bite" in the back of the throat as other extra virgin olive oils do. The circumference of the opening is about 1/2 inch in diameter, which makes it a little difficult if you are only trying to parse out smaller amounts of the oil. Overall, it is a good value for your money.

This is really good!
This review is more of a note to myself than for any of you. Lots of other people have already rated this highly. But I personally really like it as well, so I'm putting five stars and this review so that I know to buy this again when I need more. A good mellow flavor, not grassy, that seems to make an excellent vinegar and oil salad dressing. Seems like a bit too flavorful to cook with though.

Amazing taste and texture
This is a reorder of my favorite olive oil. I used to use Italian olive oil until I attended a tasting and tried authentic olive oil. You can taste the difference. I love that you can trace the origin. This is perfect with bread or in recipes. The flavor is outstanding.

Super Flavor
We have lived in Turkey for 10 years now and have become particular with our olive oil so we were happy to find this very good olive oil available here in the US. Great flavor, single source, cold pressed. Highly recommend this olive oil

Can't compare to truly fresh oil
Extra virgin olive oil is definitely the way to go, and three stars because this is not bad. However, truly fresh olive oil has at least a little bite to it, which I could not detect in this brand. Glad they are organic, but I actually found a fresher-tasting variety at Walmart, with the pressing date on the label.

Happy Happy Happy with Ozelia
I have had a shot (shot glass) for the last 3 days on an empty stomach. I was a little scared to taste it. Before I bought OZELIA Olive Oil, I had a shot of Members Only olive oil and it had a grassy taste as well as a sting in the back of my throat. I decided to research olive oils, I got an education. To my Pleasant surprise the taste was smooth no bitter, no after taste and no sting. I bought it just for drinking a shot daily for the many benefits of Olive oil. When you cook with olive oil the benefits are miniscule (sp?).
