Considering the price, I was a little hesitant at first as the last thing I wanted was to be purchasing another chair in a year. To my pleasant surprise, the chair is perfect. Stitched well, and not hard t all to put together. I put it together with my son and took a half an hour. Could have probably banged it out in 10 minutes if it was jut me. NOTE, this is not a Secret Labs chair, so if that is what you are looking for go buy one. He loves it and it has held up with him treating it like any other 11 y/o would for a week now. It even comes with a VIP card that you can go online and get a free product (gaming mouse). My son immediately went online and went through the process for the mouse.PROSExactly as pictured.Shipped and arrived very quickly.Easy to assemble. Okay - full transparency: I'm a disabled vet who has been using a 20-year-old dining room chair and a pillow for all the gaming and writing on his computer since computers became a thing.I had a LOT of difficulties putting this beast together. It took nearly an hour for me to bully my way through. If I didn't have back and knee injuries, I am sure it would have been easier on me. Still, I would suggest having someone else help when it comes time to put the back of the chair onto the base.That said, the chair is SO comfortable once you sit in it for the first time. It only takes a few seconds to adjust the lumbar and neck supports as they are connected only to themselves and slide freely. I had a bad habit of leaning forward when writing or gaming, but if you set the chair in its most upright position, it alleviates so much stress from your body. I highly recommend this chair as an inexpensive move towards pain-free computer use!

UPDATED REVIEWAfter reaching out to the seller they asked for pictures of the chair and immediately sent me a new backrest piece. I'm so happy with their fast response and understanding. Hopefully the piece they sent fixes the issue and it lasts more than 2 months this time. I will update this review with 5 stars instead of 4 if the chair lasts a reasonable amount of time.Original review: If I had written this review when I first got the chair put together it would have gotten 5 stars. It's a super comfortable chair and my son loves it but now after just 2 months of use the joint connecting the back to the seat completely ripped out of the chair and it is no longer usable. It's never even been reclined so I don't see why it would break from just normal everyday use. I've contacted the seller to receive a replacement and I will update my review when I hear back from them as it might change my review if I have a good experience with them.

As long as the 'Bad' below aren't issues for you, this is a great chair. If the seat bottom cushion were more comfortable, I would maybe keep this chair even though the material is so hot and unbreathable. I even tried putting a folded up towel, some thin foam, etc on the seat, but it is pretty solid.-- Good --•packaged very well. Damage in transit would be very unlikely•one can use a 5mm Allen or a 12mm socket on the bolts.•Assembly was quite easy, while remembering to thread all fasteners in, then go back and tighten.•All of the bolts are loosely pre-installed where they need to go - very nice touch.•The all black chair I got is nice and subtle. I left the arms off so the chair would be small and because I don't like arms.•arms are not integral to the design: it works just fine without them•It reclines almost infinitely to 180deg and with the base tilt, you can touch your head to the floor without the base rocking at all.•It is quite sturdy: The nylon seat base seems strong and didn't flex at all•The wheels are a softer material than most office chairs and roll very nicely on hard surfaces.•The back cover has a zipper and thus may be removable•There are bolts and threads on the bottom for a foot rest, but I'm unsure if they sell it separately as an option.-- Bad --•This is definitely not comfortable for more than a couple of hours for me, based on the hardness of the seat cushion. I am 5'9" and 205lbs, and although the size/fit is perfect, my butt was pretty sore after 2-3 hours in this chair. I'm sure the legs and piston can handle 300lbs, but not the seat cushion.•The PU material feels nice, but does not breathe at all•The seat base can rock small amount on the base plate because the pivot pin isn't tight in the hole. not a big deal at this price point

This chair was ok at first but I have only had it for a lil while and only sat in it while at my computer witch is not a long period of time the legs of the chair with the wheels attached to it end up cracking an next thing I know iam on the floor I hurt my leg and iam out of a cool looking chair I do want a refund. I have posted pic so u can see why .

Bought this for my 11 year old son. He loves it and its very comfortable. Took no time at all to assemble.Will definitely buy from them again.
