Dry
Cookies were so dry!! One bite and they crumbled and I don’t mean fall apart bc they are soft- CRUMBLED. We usually love Matt’s and haven’t ordered for years (previously ordered directly from their site) and these were not up to par. Will not order again. Weren’t expired but tasted as if they were. 2 stars bc they arrived on time and not smashed to bits.

Not happy with the taste at all.. cookies were dry and bland. I took a chance ordering and will not be ordering again.

The product delivered on time. That was fine. The cookies were DRY. Maybe this is the way they usually tasted. I was not impressed with them.
