Colonial Belt Company Men's Made in The USA Casual Leather Jean Belt

I still can not believe what a deal this beautiful, THICK, quality belt was. My favorite belt buckle broke so when I came on Amazon to buy a replacement I found they were $20 - $40. "Made in the USA" is very important to me so I did a search and Colonial Belt Company came up. I honestly was not expecting the quality to be this good - but it is. I feel like I hit the lottery. I think I need more colors and styles at these prices!

Some of these colors have different buckle styles and finishes so pay attention to make sure you get what you want. I bought the brown self stitch and the buckle is a nice polished / brushed silver / nickel look which is what I wanted. The belt itself appears to be a nice mid weight real leather. Beware of all of the bad and simulated leather out there when belt shopping ! This one was nice so getting the same style in the black self stitch as well.

A great belt that goes with jeans or work pants. Not overly stiff nor does it bend when I have a knife hung on it. Next time I will probably get one that doesn't have the stitching though as I worry that I will wear through them.Edit: After three weeks of light use, the belt seems to be deteriorating near the buckle. I haven't had other leather belts flake off in this manner before and I don't know how long the belt will last considering the short time I've had it so far.

While the belt itself is very nice, the size is not. My son-in-law wears a 36 belt and I ordered a size 36 and it was too small. When the 38 came it barely fit him. It is just frustrating to have to run back to exchange this so we are living with it even though he will most likely be ordering something different because this belt does not fit like a size 38.

I was looking for an inexpensive leather belt, not made in China and found this one. I looked at the reviews and it was American made, leather and had decent customer ratings so I thought why not? It is not a thick belt and feels almost like pleather, not leather, but I’m going to give it a shot. First impression is it’ll be questionable.

Arrived just as advertised. Well made belt, made in USA. I expect is belt to last as well as the last belt that was made in USA. Very happy with quality.

Great leather belt. Good finish, strong buckle. Looks good with denims. I got it through amazons new program where they send you multiple items, different sizes and keep the one that you like and fits perfectly. You pay for what you keep and Amazon handles the return shipping of the ones you don’t keep. Great way to buy belts, they will always fit.

Very well constructed belt, good quality leather with no defects. I like thicker belts and this is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again
