I would first like to call attention to these tactical pants:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XG11SHD/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1After blindly purchasing and reviewing that terrific pair of Tactical Pants, I thought I would try these Cargo Pants and see if I liked them just as much.I work in a warehouse setting with lots of rolling equipment that contain sharp edges. It's important that I not only wear pants that will protect my body but that there is enough flexibility in the pants for me to easily move about, bend over and crouch down.These pants are an entirely different animal than the Tactical Pants. Not to say that is bad. I like the cloth feel of the tactical pants better than these, which have more of a synthetic feel to them. They are 60% cotton and 40% polyester. The material is absolutely heavyweight, though the pants themselves don't feel heavy.As with Hard Land's Tactical Pants, there are many pockets to be found here of various sizes and depth. I do like the velcro fastened cargo pockets across the front which hold bigger items such as the iPhone 7 Plus.The inner waistline of the pants is nicely reinforced while the zipper within the fly is of excellent quality. So many times I have seen inferior zippers used in this kind of pants, and it's nice to see that Hard Land went out of their way to provide a nice, durable zipper.There is yellow stitching around the pants that give off an interesting effect, though 4 short yellow stitches make the pants look as if a tag was ripped off and the owner didn't properly remove the residue stitching. So, it's kind of good, but then again, kind of unnecessary.In all, this is a 5-star pair of pants. I am, however, going to take away a star for its sizing....Whereas Hard Land's Tactical Pants fit perfectly for my 32 waist size, this is not the case with these Cargo Pants. These pants are much tighter around the waist, upper legs and buttocks. I would highly suggest going a size bigger so that you have a more relaxed fit. Also, I wish more companies would keep short people in mind when making their pants. My inseam is 29, but these pants start at an inseam of 32. I will have to get these pants professionally hemmed.Once again, all being said, I would highly recommend the purchase of these pants. Just keep in mind possible sizing issues. Thankfully one can return and exchange the pants with Amazon if they don't fit properly.I look forward to seeing what Hard Land has to offer next. I am really becoming a fan of this company.

They lasted about 1yr before stitching began to unravel around the zipper and then the button hole tore thru.
