This product was great just not for CDs. Should have had slots . Other than that it was okay.

I have the Great Grandpa version of this, I got two in 2005. I have beat them to death. A couple changes I'm not thrilled with. They're not as big, they hold 30% less. BS on the 100/300 CDs. Also there is less clearance under the lid. I often have to add extra discs so I lay them on top under the lid, they're too small now. They appear to be made fine but time and hauling will tell. Not a fan of what they did with the latches. The old model folded down out of the way, these are spring loaded into place. It feels like they're going to break. I could be wrong, it might be ok. The size thing bothers me, I'm going to have to get a third, nothing fits like it did
