Use this as a topical spray along with emu oil to help with some neuropathy issues in my feet and arthritis pain in knees and lower back. The emu oil will cross the cellular boundary and takes the MSM with it into the joint area. Really helps. I notice increased pain on the days that I forget. Definitely helps me to remember. I've been taking powdered MSM, since I mix it in my juices I thought a "high potency" liquid might be just as good as the powdered. Once I recieved this liquid it is a seemingly watered down option for more money per serving. 700mg MSM per servin (2 tsp) vs. the 3g of MSM in a serving (~ .5 tsp) of the powdered product. The added ingredients in this liquid also concern me, as powdered has zero added to it. You decide, expensive water with MSM in it or pure MSM in free water from your tap... To get the same equivalent potency per serving of 3g MSM you'll have to drink quite a lot of this liquid and it's added alcohol. Sounds unhealthy to me! Tried to return it, Amazon said not returnable but suggested "maybe sell it to a friend"... no, I think my friends deserve better!
