We use his product for fertility needs co-10 is a really good product. There is some device especially amongst the worst products about this needs to be a certain type of CQ 10 but needless to say that One is absorbed better and one is high-quality. I’d rather have the one that absorb better which I think this is the one that is Either way I use both but as a standalone product I can’t prefer this product value for money. It’s good as part of overall supplement support. Take it daily have no problems with it at all. Definitely recommend to other people going through the same rubbish times.

Excellent value for the money,I was getting these in tubs of 60 at a 100mg and taking two per day. Now with these I only have to remember to take one per day.
