Great film!

This TV special condenses the very first arc of the One Piece story by Eiichirio Oda. From when Monkey D. Luffy was inspired by “Red-Haired” Shanks to become a pirate to the epic showdown between the then upcoming Straw Hat Pirates and Arlong’s Fishmen pirates in Cocoyashi Village. This is a perfect way to learn about what is perhaps the greatest work of fiction the world has ever known since Star Wars! I hope people will give this series a chance.

It's old content with a improved look and since one piece started in the 90s it amazing how far technology has just gotten better so the fights do look like there in blu ray I'm a huge one piece fan though lol

Best One Piece special. The animation, and the voice acting was amazing. This special is also a perfect way to introduce the main cast to someone that have never watched the show

Great to relive the beginning of the Straw Hats journey in re-mastered form
