It’s pretty easy to swallow these pills, but it would be nice if they were smaller, if possible. Didn’t upset my stomach at all. I did notice results. Nothing you couldn’t get from a BCAA or EAA powder though, if you can stand the taste and texture of those. It’s easier to mix those drinks than it is to mix a pill obviously, so that ended up being my preference. All in all, decent product for a decent price.
