This wrench does what it's supposed to do.

I don't know about durability yet, time will tell.The chrome plated mirror like finish looks top notch. Ratcheting action seems smooth. Looks like a fine tool.Address for Hilmor is Towson MD. Country of manufacture says Taiwan.I'm happier buying stuff not made in China.

I use this to open my acetylene tank for brazing copper lines. It works perfectly. Very solid.

Quality service wrench. Ratchet function works well. However where the service key should sit there isn’t a notch or anything for the key to really lock in, so that is a bit bothersome.

This thing gets used almost daily. Perfect for beam clamps up to ⅜" and for B tanks.

The service wrench seems to work well. I haven’t used it on the job yet but everything feels tight and strong. My big gripe is that in the product description it says what’s included..“INCLUDED: Wrench and Hex Key Adaptor.“One of the main reasons for purchasing this specific one is because it said it came with the adapter.I did not receive a hex key adapter with mine nor does the box the tool came in seem to have a spot for the adapter either. Incorrect product description.

I really like this service wrench, it comes in handy in various ways while doing refrigeration. While I haven't used it for long, it seems to be made with few parts which should mean it will last a long time.The ratcheting teeth are quite course and a little rough. The head offset is quite aggressive which makes it a little awkward at times.The wrench is much smaller than I envisioned it, but this has not been a significant issue during my use.
