Does it make dark eyelashes blue

It is subtle, but yes. However, it flakes almost immediately. Recommend Maybelline Great Last (pink bottle) instead! Blue is nice color and mascara quality is much better!

When you got this, was there a seal anywhere on the box or the tube? On mine, there wasn’t. That doesn’t seem sanitary.

When i received mine, it came in a package like you would see at the store..after taking out of package, i unscrewed the tube..it did not have a seal on it..hope this helps you..
