Delivery and packing were excellent and instructions for use are logical and accurate. This heater does a very good job in a small room and met my wife's expectations (keep her feet warm!). What impressed me was that it could put out as much heat as it does but my dog can lay in front of it without catching fire. This class of heater is pretty darn safe, which was my criteria. At first I thought the remote was just a gimmick; however, my wife uses it all the time and loves it...so much for what I know! Finally, when you place it in silent mode you can barely hear it at all but it still provides pretty good local heat. If I had the budget, I'd buy another one in a heart beat. Great product.

Impressed to say the least.I've owned many different heaters, different types. Compared to all except this quartz upright heater this thing blows them away.The heat is even, consistent, and as another reviewer commented ... can indeed be set at a lower temperature because it really IS heating the environment. Im tickled......being a thin person... Im temperature sensitive. I feel the slightest of uneven temperature currents and this thing is spot on.Too, it runs with less power as ... my circuit breaker hasn't tripped yet and I don't imagine it will. It says 15amps...My only concern is when the purifier and heater modes are used together, it seems to heat the room considerably higher than set. I have to keep it set at 65°f as it generates an almost immediate thermocline(usually referred to a water temperature difference where a layer of warm water(air) sits atop a cold layer.This unit doesn't appear to mix the air vertically which is a minor concern. I live in the mountains now and the evenings get cold fast. I get a lot of heat loss ... but this thing sends out a penetrating heat... it doesn't just warm the air it warms the whole area in front of it like the heat from a fireplace. Its awesome to say the least.

A little over rated but it does the job nicely. We use it in a 35-ft, well insulated motorhome on cold nights and use our propane unit as auxiliary for nights reaching into the thirties. Does the job for us. What we liked the most about this unit is the size which is half the width of a full size unit offered by the main competition. The air purifier does work well. The unit is quiet and propagates a good amount of heat and air circulation for its power consumption. We are happy with it. I would have given it 5 stars if it would have kept up with its promise of being good enough for 900 sq/ft (or so, don't remember the exact number)

I use this unit in my bedroom.The air cleaner is on constantly.Plus the heater works well when needed.

Returned. Purchased to heat closed in porch. Did not heat at all. I had to put my hand directly in front of it to feel it.

I bought this heater for my 82 year old mother, we have a hard freeze coming on Thursday (9 f) and she doesn't use her central heater because it bothers her. I was afraid her space heaters wouldn't be warm enough, I ordered this on Tuesday because it said would receive by Thursday, but it arrived Wednesday morning a day early. She loves it, she said it's the best heater she has ever owned. The humidifier is a big plus for her. She also loves the remote, she doesn't have to get up and down or bend over. It heats a large area quickly and comfortably. love love
