Very sturdy. Fit great, looks good and a good price. The carbon fiber one doesn’t ding at least very loudly if that’s what your looking for but it works good doesn’t feel loose or anything and all around great. Came with all the connectors for the horn and fits good and works great

I have an NA Miata that is setup for autocross and with the aftermarket racing buckets, the steering wheel made it very hard to climb in and out of such a small car. Bought this to adapt onto the existing steering wheel adapter and make the wheel removable so we could more easily get in and out of the car. WORTH IT! I know for some this is a status thing or a symbol, but for the functionality in a car with buckets, it 100% changes the game!One thing I would say, if you are like me and getting this to make an already installed aftermarket steering wheel removable, do yourself a favor and get the appropriate NRG short hub adapter...if you use this removable mount combined with a standard size steering wheel mounting kit you already had, you will have to reach for the signal stalk and it's just irritating. It's not a deal breaker, and it is by no means the fault of the seller/NRG, it was just an oversight on my part. I've been dealing with it for 5 years now and it still drives me nuts every time I drive it on the street and have to reach a little further for the wipers, headlights or signals. Eventually I'll pony up and buy the short hub, but that means taking it all apart and reinstalling, which I have just been too lazy to do...so do it right the first time. You'll thank me later.Installation is not difficult, just a little time consuming. Another thing to note, use locktite on all the screws. I didn't use locktite the first time I put it together and the screws started backing out and loosening a little later. I carried the hex key in the car and tested them before each time I drove, but after testing/tightening them a several times, I had to buy new screws cause the hex screws were starting to round. When I put in the new hex screws, I used blue locktite and they haven't backed out or had any issues since...so don't take shortcuts and just use locktite on the screws the first time.Great unit, solid build quality, well worth the money...PLEASE don't cheap out on a non-name brand removable steering wheel mount, just to save a few bucks. NRG has been doing this awhile and has a good reputation for a reason. You really shouldn't trust your life/steering to a non-name brand just to save a few bucks. It could literally be the difference between life and death.

I needed a new one of these but I wanted something that was also visually striking. And this does not disappoint. The color is amazing. I have this in my car that is almost 30 years old. I would absolutely buy this again. And in addition to it looking good, it also is a good product. I've been using it for about a month now with no issues. I pop my steering wheel on and off on occasion just to make sure the product is good. It's nice.

This quick release plus the NRG short hub equal the stock distance for the steering column. No issues with the turn signal or wiper lever. Very easy install. NRG does a great job with supplying everything you need to get the job done. In my opinion this is more correct than a Momo hub. Those are great for air cooled but it looks dated in water cooled 911.

Great addition to my car, works as advertised.

The bell ding only happens 50% of the time but makes me happy when it happens.

With it it is easy to take it off.

NRG Innovations es sinónimo de calidad con respecto a los Quick Release, construido de materiales excelentes, lo puedes notar al tomarlo en las manos, sus acabados son un deleite visual, pero sobre todo, funciona como se espera, fuerte, solido y confiable.Y si son de los que les agrada el sonido característico de este sistema al colocar el volante, debo decirles que disfrutaran mucho con este.Llevo casi un año con el y no se siente que se haya desgastado o aflojado en alguno de sus componentes, funciona tan bien como el primer día que lo instale.En mi caso, no tuve ningún inconveniente para dejar funcionando el claxon del automóvil, lo que se incluye en el kit basta y sobra.Hay que aclarar, no trae tornillos para fijar el volante de su elección, esos deben adquirirlos a parte, los tornillos que vienen en el kit son para que fijen el Quick Release con el hub, ojo con eso, no se vayan a confundir.

The media could not be loaded.  To anyone reading the mixed reviews about this not being a legit NRG hub it is. Build quality is excellent and the colour is rather orange just like the stock photos. 10/10 would recommend, the hub is tight with no play and does the ding!

Este sí dispone del sonido característico "ding"
